Refund policy

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items purchased on Tami for the same style in a different size or color. If you’d like a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online. Exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned item(s) and are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanges unless the incorrect product was sent, applicable to both domestic and international orders. Each item is limited to one exchange.

Once the exchange item is received at Tami, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges to Tami Store unless the error was on our part. Customers seeking a refund or exchange are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
