Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing our brand! We strive to provide the best service and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures and guidelines. 

Please note that our brand order and sale process and responsibility for the transaction ends upon sending the customer the tracking number and we cannot and will not be responsible or liable for the package thereafter, such as any shipment delays, tracking and collecting of for the package as this is not within our control. The courier will be responsible for the shipping of the package and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the package is safely received by a person designated by the customer. However, please feel free to contact us should you have any issues and our team will try our best to work with our courier partners to ensure you receive the package successfully. 

Please note for Pre-order and/or Made-to-Order items, order process and processing times will differ as per the table above. In the event of an order containing multiple items that are a mixture of Standard, Pre-order  items, the items will all be bundled together and only shipped upon the complete production of the last item. If you would like to arrange for separate shipping, please reach out to us and we will try our best to make it happen for you (additional charges may apply).

 

1.Processing Time : Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. 

Orders are processed within [2-3] business days after purchase.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Please note: Orders placed after [3:00 PM local time] or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates :We offer the following shipping options: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the order.

3. For France and International Shipping : We ship worldwide!

As we are a small brand, we have small warehouse in Paris! Which means the shipping rate/tax policy may vary depending on product availability. We suggest checking the shipping rate at the end of your checkout process. For further information, please contact: contact@tamiparis.com.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority or equivalent international standard courier. UPS Express and FedEx International Priority typically ships within 2-4 business days globally.

We offer standard shipping 10 USD (approx 14 Days) by local post 

We offer express shipping 20 USD (2-4 Business Days) - FedEx or equivalent

 

 

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Tami we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
